- minimum stay 5 or 7 nights – no certain arrival day,
- basic rates of the apartment are for occupancy up to 2 persons – self-catering,
- maximum occupancy up to 5 persons,
- incl. bed linen and towels,
- incl. use of swimming pool and tennis court of the condominium,
- incl. water, gas and electricity,
- incl. internet (Wi-Fi),
- incl. garage parking,
- rates are in EURO and no meal plan (self catering),
- baby cot (under 3 years) is available on request at no extra charge.
- Deposit of 50% of the rental fee is due with the booking confirmation.
- Remaining amount has to be paid on arrival in cash.
